Commands the Station (Shift). Manages personnel, roster compliance, and serves as Incident Controller at major emergencies until relieved by higher command.

Commands a single appliance (e.g., CHRI217). Tactically deploys the crew and is responsible for their direct safety and coordination on the fireground.

Veteran frontline member with advanced technical skills. Acts as a key operational mentor and takes lead on complex rescue tasks and technical equipment.

Fully trained core responder. Completed advanced competency modules and is qualified for internal structural firefighting and rescue operations.
